Located next to the coastal path, in a quiet area, just 20 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the beach, close to the port and the shops.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and tableware and has a door leading to the terrace.

The lounge-dining room is bright, with spectacular sea views and has a sofa, armchairs, TV, coffee table, lamp, dining table and chairs and direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors.

The holiday home is right on the coast, next to the small coves and beaches. There are two outside areas, ideal for enjoying the sunny weather: the terrace upstairs which looks out over the sea, and the Mediterranean garden and sun terraces on the ground floor to one side of the house and behind. The upstairs terrace is sunny and has magnificent views of the sea and the coastal path which passes right in front of the house. It is equipped with outdoor furniture - wooden table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. The areas downstairs also have outdoor furniture.

It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
