This property was built by my grandparents in the 1950's. Newly renovated, the Sunday House is impeccably appointed. The hardwood floors and wonderfully, warm and welcoming furnishings only add to its charm and appeal. A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances just might make you want to cook up something delicious!

Cozy getaway

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a little getaway & I am so happy we chose this house to stay at. It was the perfect location & distance from everything. We equally loved hopping around town, but also staying in and lounging around. In addition, Kristie was a great host!

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. Although I never mind "doing my part" upon checkout of a VRBO, I really loved just gathering my things and leaving the rest to the host. This was a quick trip for us--we look forward to returning and taking our time exploring Llano in the future. Very responsive host!

what a sweet little home. Just the right size for a long weekend stay. so much more comfy than area motels, which we've also stayed at. I only wish the weather was cooler so we could have enjoyed the cute front porch.We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Place

The house was exactly as described. Very charming, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful front and back yard. Highly recommend the Birmingham House or Phoenix /Sunday House owned by the same hosts. We stayed there last year. We needed extra bedrooms this year and the Birmingham House was perfect!

We have stayed at a lot of houses, and this was one of the best. Really high quality finishes, comfy beds and great shower. Renovation was done very well. There was one really minor issue with an iron, and the owner immediately provided a brand new replacement. Everything was top quality!

Home Away From Home

This adorable 2-bedroom cottage with a welcoming curbside appearance was just perfect! The warm aesthetics and cozy decor made for a home away from home. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortably decorated, and equipped with all the necessities for a weekend getaway. The owner has wonderful taste in decorating! I highly recommend this property.

Llano porch retreat

Sunday House is one of our favorite places to stay for so many reasons. The home is immaculate, has every convenience, upscale linens and a front porch that beckons a glass of wine, a good book and rest.

The home was clean and just the right size. We did not cook just coffee and tea. ( Bring your own coffee, tea and sugar). There are a good # of pots with Teflon coating. The bath was great it had a good size shower. Keith our manager was very nice.

The house was cute, comfortable and had so much character. It was also convenient to restaurants and shopping. Enchanted Rock was an easy drive. The locals are so friendly, and service in the restaurants was really good.

Diamond in the rough

The Texas Hill Country has many rough and rugged areas. This property smooths out the rough spots and provides a comfortable and peaceful place to relax. This house has a mother's charm that melts away the stresses of life. We, especially enjoyed the sitting area on the front porch with wine and good conversation.

Llano Trip

Property appears to be a recent remodel and owners did a good job with the remodel. Older neighborhood with some run down houses as neighbors; however, several homes have been remodeled and appears more are under construction. Overall a pleasant stay. Town of Llano is becoming popular as get-a-way from Austin. "Artsy" look with new businesses coming downtown.
