Unit Layout

You will be staying in a 9-room villa that spans 400 square meters. The villa is spacious, bright, and has been partly renovated in 2023, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with its inviting furnishings. The main living and dining area features a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels, with an exit leading to the patio. There are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (one with a 150 cm bed, another with a 180 cm bed), and one of the bedrooms has an attached bath/shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a separate dining room with a winter garden. The open kitchen on the main floor is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it provides access to the terrace. The lower ground floor houses another living and dining area with a dining table and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. Here, you will find two double bedrooms, each with a French bed (180 cm), and a children's room with two bunk beds (90 cm). There is also an open kitchen in the entrance area, featuring similar appliances to the main kitchen. The lower ground floor also has two additional showers/WCs.
