First family sun holiday

Pros: The hotel staff, so welcoming and engaging with the kids.
Cons: There is an option to upgrade past all inclusive (includes premium brands) however this is not an option to book via expedia.
Location: Central location a few minutes drive from the beach. Great park right outside, lots of shops and other restaurants if you fancy something different.
The first holiday my wife and I have had since we became a family of four we had some nerves about how it would all go. From the moment we got into reception (after a three hour flight delay) we were greeted by a very friendly team who already knew us by name, and had rearranged for us to eat in a different restaurant as one had closed. The facilities were great with the children's pool a fantastic environment for the little one's imagination to let loose. Every meal was a delight with so much choice and then to be greeted by children's characters whilst dinning just topped it off. The evening entertainment was refreshingly different with a good variety of acts throughout the week. The beach is a few minutes drive away but there is a complementary shuttle service running every 15 minutes from the hotel so more than accessible.
The stand out reason we would return was how amazing the staff were with the kids. Even someone just walking past would take the time to interact and make them feel special and that made such a difference for them. Great resort, staffed by even better people.

Nothing super fancy but exactly what I looked for in a weekend getaway with the kids so mission accomplished... Selected the half board option with breakfast and dinner, both in buffet style restaurant on floor -1 but food acceptable and with kids running around like madmen it's nice to be able to control the duration of your dining experience yourself.

Pros: The pools
Cons: Coffee/tea making facilities in the room
Location: 10 mins to the centre at a slow walk
Great hotel, nice distance away from the throng of the disco strip. Pool selection are superb, you can even use the 2 indoor pools in the sports complex (€5 charge). Food was great, enough choice to suit all tastes.

nice hotel -near to town
Posted Oct. 10, 2010 on HotelsWe have stayed a number of times at this hotel and this time the food was the best ever, also entertainment at night is first class . The hotel has a few swimming pools depending whether you want to swim or play in the pool .The hotel is close to nightlife but not noisy. For young people the Londoner disco is excellent in the town

Forte odeur d’égouts, nourriture qui manque parfois de sel.
Il y avait beaucoup de monde beaucoup de personnes âgées.
