This house is absolutely enormous, offering 8 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We used 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms during our stay, and everything was clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. The living room and adjoining dining area are incredibly large — even when we were being lively in that space, the noise didn’t carry to the bedrooms, as five of them are located past the kitchen, which provides great privacy.The garden is beautiful, with a variety of plants and a fantastic outdoor space. The pool is generously sized and can easily accommodate a large group. There’s also a huge open area perfect for setting up tables and enjoying a meal after cooking a delicious barbecue on the Weber grill.Although it was a bit windy during our stay and not ideal for using the pool, we made full use of all the other facilities and had a wonderful time. We especially appreciated being invited to help ourselves to the lemons from the large lemon tree in the garden — such a lovely touch!Parking is more than sufficient, with space for at least one car per room. The heating and cooling systems worked perfectly, there was always plenty of hot water (all powered by a heat pump), and the towels were plentiful.The host was communicative and very helpful, providing lots of great local recommendations and places to visit.We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return — not only for the amazing stay but also for the delicious lemon sponge cake that was waiting for us.
