On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have double beds, direct access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
