A dining table completes the living area, offering a comfortable space for meals. The studio comprises 1 bathroom, which was fully renewed in 2024 and is equipped with a shower and WC. The open kitchen, also newly installed as part of the 2024 renovation, includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine.
