Welcome to Loctudy! From the house, a small path behind the garden leads you to a quiet, natural beach just 50 meters away. Enjoy a unique location to experience the ocean every day and discover Brittany in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Unwind in the sunny private garden with loungers, outdoor furniture, and a parasol—perfect after a swim or a walk. Two bicycles are available for you to explore the area freely. The home is designed for comfort and convenience: the kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, and the living and dining areas offer a welcoming space for your group. There is a bathroom and a shower room for added comfort. The house features two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm double bed and storage, and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. Parking is available in the courtyard for easy arrivals and departures. You have access to the entire house and garden. Self check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. Bed linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi is provided. Parties and events are not permitted to ensure the neighborhood’s tranquility. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.
