The stylish 3-room apartment in bungalow style offers you on a surface of approximately 96sqm a spacious living-dining area with comfortable couch, flat screen TV, DVD player and a dining table for 4 people, integrated in the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee maker. For extra seating, a breakfast bar is available. The two bedrooms are stylishly furnished and come with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional flat screen TV. The high-quality daylight bath offers a floor-level shower, heated towel rail, toilet and a hairdryer. On the beautiful furnished terrace includes a barbecue available. The initial bed linen and towels are included in the price. A car park and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The sauna and small whirlpool in the garden can be used for a fee. (Use of sauna 5,00 € per person for 2 hours, sauna & Whirpoolnutzung € 7.50 per person for 2 hours). A cot & high chair can be provided.
