The room was not clean. I called and asked for a new room and they were full which I understand. I asked if someone could come and clean it and they said they didn't have anyone there to clean. There was only 1 person working. The floors were dirty. The remote control was disgusting.
Ended up not staying here. Way to many people complaining about bed bugs and the front desk seems bothered that you even ask. I lost my money because I couldn't get a refund but I figured it was a small price to pay to risk bringing bed bugs back to my home
This is what I would expect for a 60 or 70 dollar a night hotel. Old lots of uncleaned areas. One of our rooms I'm not sure the sheets had even been washed. We appreciated the multiple containers of soap and conditioners, because we needed to wash A LOT. Bathtubs were dirty. The breakfast was small and no one was atae dong it so it got SUPER sticky and dirty all over the breakfast counters. They didn't give us the rooms we reserved a month ahead, and the pool and hot tub were small and had no pool towels until I went out driving and asked. We weren't expecting fancy, but for 130 a night, we expected cleaner and better. My advice, find a twenty dollar upgrade and get out of the ghetto.
When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We had reserved a month ahead of time and specifically called to ask for two rooms right next to each other. When we arrived they had given away our room and said it was "broken" even though we heard people in it as we walked by. They gave us instead three rooms in the same hall but very far apart. It made things really difficult to have kids ( albeit 14 year olds ) in a different room unsupervised. The front desk lady was nice but SO VERY SLOW. I have never waited so long to check into any hotel room in my life, let alone a pre reserved one.The kids enjoyed the pool but us adults couldn't as there were rowdy young adults in it splashing on everyone and everything. Even our clothes got soaked.
I'm grateful we had a room. The rooms didn't have any infestations but were just barely acceptable for cleanliness. For 130 a night would definitely NOT reccomend and three stars is generous
I rarely give reviews and especially hate to give bad ones but I think it is justified this time. I had an unexpected trip to Logan and was hoping to save some money by staying at the Super 8. After the first day, I thought the hotel was exactly what I thought. It was the cheapest hotel in Logan and I set my expectations accordingly. It's fairly run down but things seemed in order. However, the internet was unusable and I used my phone's hotspot the entire time. I called the front desk multiple times to see if perhaps the middle of the building where I was staying had coverage issues but no one ever answered and there is no VM. The real issue is when I got home last night I had lots of large bumps on my both of my arms that from online images appear to be bed bug bites. I have never had skin irritation issues and never get rashes. The sores were so bad I took pictures and they are still visible the next morning. I washed the shirt i was wearing immediately and put the rest of my clothes i was wearing outside in the freezing cold hoping that would kill anything on my clothes. Sorry Super 8, after my experience I won't be staying here again.
It’s wintertime and the hotel is just for limited guest! So it’s quiet and cozy. If you like a warm inside pool and a great Mexican food across the street, choose this place!
The room was disgusting. There was hair in the tub, blood stain on the sheets, floor wasnt vacuumed. That was tues. We were told they would clean it the next day (Wednesday) they did not. The manager informed us they only deep clean rooms momday and Wednesday but ours was passed over that Monday. We asked for a refund or compensation. And were told no bodily harm was done so no. We left a night early because it was just bad.

It was an average stay. I stayed in another hotel 45 miles away from Logan the night before I stayed here in Logan. $80 a night there, no TV, it was a dump. I was going to stay another night at that hotel but when I asked how much another night would cost they said $80 again. The room I stayed in hadn’t been made up even and that was 5:00 pm. I left for Logan. I’d stayed with at the Super 8 previously and knew the rates were more reasonable. One thing I found was the room refrigerator was not plugged in the shift clerk came and moved the cabinet and plugged it in. The tv wouldn’t work so the next shift came and reset the internet connection for the tv. It took her about an hour to get the reset to take hold. NOT her fault just something that it required to reset. There was a French fry behind the tv stand that had been there quite a while. Housekeeping missed that. Wyndom needs to spend some of the millions they make and upgrade this facility. More rooms with ADA compliant toilets would be great and grab bars in the shower and near the toilet. The carpet was WAY past in need of replacement with tears in the surface showing the white threads of the underside of the blue carpet.
Rooms had mold in the tub and showers. Not mildew but black mold. we asked to be moved to another room. However the other room had mold too. The lady at the front desk was not happy, even tho I was very polite about the whole episode. We will never stay there again
