Welcome to The Retreat at Harble Ridge – your new favorite getaway in The Hocking Hills! The retreat is a cozy studio cabin located on 40 privately owned wooded acres with trails, a pond and just minutes from some of the most popular hiking locations, grocery and local attractions.

As you enter The Retreat you will be surrounded by everything you need for a cozy weekend in the woods. The studio cabin has a king size bed, featuring a memory foam mattress and luxurious hotel quality linens.

You can continue to the living room that includes a comfortable leather couch that can also pull out to a queen bed. There is a 50" television with DirecTV that can easily be viewed from the couch but is mounted on a rotating arm so you can cuddle in bed with a perfect view as well. There is a small gas stove that gives off the perfect amount of warmth on any chilly evening.

As you continue through the cabin you will be welcomed into the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and dine together. The Retreat includes a dining table for 4, a full size oven and stove, crock pot, microwave, full cookware set, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, a full set of spices and much more.

You can step out the back door where you will find your private, covered deck with a 4 person hot tub. As you continue off the porch you have a fire pit with seating for four and the perfect spot for smores or a relaxing evening of stories and laughter. Just steps past the firepit is a beautiful pond, and miles of private trails that can provide hours of quiet, peaceful hiking and beautiful views in every season.

The Retreat has everything you need for your next escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Please note - The Retreat at Harble Ridge shares our 40 acre property with 3 other cabins so we do ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 11:00pm to 8:00am to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of all guests at Harble Ridge. The minimum age to rent The Retreat at Harble Ridge is 25 years old. We do have one camera on the property driveway for security purposes. A rental agreement and age verification are required before arrival.

We loved the quiet and really enjoyed being able to walk to the pond to fish. The cabin was stocked with everything needed to cook or grill out. The hot tub was clean and great for evening soaks. The property was nice and clean . Close to all the hocking hills spots and the town. The water did smell like sulfur pretty strong, it was definitely off putting .

Didnt have batteries in grill or remote for acarde game. Property caretaker came out for grill. We just found batteries in another remote to work game console. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Ohio Graduation celebration weekend

The property we stayed at was next door within the same Harble group. Not only was the property beautiful, it was well maintained, laid out and perfect for our gathering. We had an excellent experience from before we arrived until the day we left. Mallory was superb at customer service and answering any questions we may have had come up.

Harble Ridge

I want to clarify that we did not end up staying in The Retreat due to some malfunctions in the bathroom and the hot tub. Mallory the owner was able to move us to another location with no other cost. We ended up in the Lyric cabin. Our stay was FANTASTIC! Lots of space for multiple families and friends. We definitely will be looking at a return visit to the Lyric in the future. Hopefully for those looking at the Retreat. The necessary repairs will be complete.

There were some plumbing issues. Toilet making lots of noise, the water smelled horrible, the tub/shower was backing up. We ended up leaving a day early due to these issues.According to the reviews, these arent new issues. The snow wasnt cleaned off back steps or furniture but otherwise the cabin was very cozy

Amazing

Canin was very nicely done, very relaxing. Had ever ementity imaginable. Scenery was beautiful, view from back deck and pond, with sunset reflecting of water and deer drinkin, so peaceful! We will be back andcqoll share with others.
