We love this property but the front desk workers are terrible. We’ve stayed here twice now and both times our room was not ready at check in. This time we waited for an hour and a half before our room was ready. Unacceptable!

I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was kinda small but it did the job. It was clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent service.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Clean, safe. Amenities (pool, workout/exercise room, washer/dryers, in-room kitchen) all worked great. Very good breakfast included with good variety of hot and cold options. Great coffees and teas. I stayed 7 nights in a suite with a kitchen and it was terrific. Will definitely stay again anytime I need a hotel in Logan.
