This lovely 75 m² (807 sq ft) attic house offers:

a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen,

a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor,

upstairs: two cozy bedrooms — one with a double bed (140 cm / 55 in), the other with two bunk beds (90 cm / 95 in),

a 350 m² (3777 sq ft) enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals on the large terrace.

Located below the road, it offers absolute tranquility, accessible by two paths (Loire River or stadium). A detailed access map will be provided to facilitate your arrival.

🏊‍♂️ From July 18th to August 31st, 2026 only: enjoy the owner's shared swimming pool, every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
