The apartment is located in a semi-detached house, which is made up of 4 apartments. Three of which are holiday rentals and one, in which the homeowner lives. Furthermore, the property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV. There is also a shared garden as well as a shared outdoor shower available for your use. The main entrance of the building is shared with the other residents of the house. The apartment, however, also offers its own small, private garden with a barbecue. Here you can treat the family to a delicious barbecued meal and eat it outside in the fresh air. Please note that the private gardens have a transparent fence, so complete privacy from the guests of the other apartments cannot be guaranteed. Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private balcony or end the day here with a glass of wine under the stars on one of the 2 terraces. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are approximately 10 minutes away by car in the centre of Porto San Paolo. The nearest supermarket is also just a 6-minute drive from the property (3.3 km). The stunning beach Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina awaits your visit just a 7-minute drive away (3.7 km). Here you can sunbathe on the soft golden sand, swim in the crystal clear water and admire the breathtaking surroundings.
