Dream location
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved the house, very unique view and location. The best house to rent in Sardinia. A peacefull home with beautiful surroundings. Pictures can not capture the majestic views of the Tavolara island that you will see from this house. This place is amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you Roberto!

Lovely Villa

Its got plenty of crockery etc., found everything we needed. The location is great, a car is necessary because it’s at the top of a steep hill. I would stay again.

Wonderful villa with spectacular view
Posted May 18, 2023 on HomeAwayWe all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberto's villa. The pool and garden are lovely, the view is stunning and the bedrooms are spacious. It had everything we needed and we highly recommend staying here. Location was great as it was only a 10-15 minute drive from airport and there were beautiful beaches close by too. The town Porto San Paolo which is a 5 minute drive had shops and restaurants.

Lovely house with breathtaking view
Posted Nov. 9, 2022 on HomeAwayThe property is conveniently located approximately 15 min from the Olbia airport, in a quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking, which is a rarity in such an exclusive area.
The view from the house is breathtaking and picture perfect, with the bay and island of Tavolara.
The house was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation.
Roberto is an impeccable host: prompt communication and ready to help us with every request. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Stunning sea view from a lovely villa

July 2019 stay
Posted Jul. 11, 2019 on HomeAwayRoberto is the ultimate host from start to finish from making the booking easy, answering any questions promptly, greeting us with a friendly face on arrival despite our delayed flight through the entirety of our delightful stay at his wonderful villa. The view from the villa is fabulous and the pool is a good size. The villa is spacious and well kitted out, shutters made great black outs for our two young sons in the back bedrooms. The separate room with bathroom 'upstairs' worked perfectly for our party. Good (large) barbecue.
A car is a must given the location and then you are within minutes of numerous excellent beaches.

Amazing journey

We loved everything about it: the breathtaking view of the rock in the middle of the sea, evoking a Caribbean pirate atmosphere, the warm and exotic seaside decor, the comfort, the location less than 10 minutes from the magnificent beach and 2 minutes from shops and restaurants, Roberto's warm welcome, the garden, the pool, the 4 large bedrooms, and the 3 bathrooms, perfect for our group of 8 people, including 3 young children. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer... just like at home, but with a stunning view to boot! The superb terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfasts and dinners outdoors.
Located less than 15 minutes from the airport and the city of Olbia, we were able to explore the region and enjoy beautiful hikes and incredible beaches, all within a 10 to 40-minute drive at most. We never got bored in a week, discovering new spots every day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already want to book again for next year.

Das Ferienhaus mit seiner sensationellen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Monte Tavolara, den herrlich erfrischenden Pool, die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses und die schönen Sitzplätze rund herum sind einfach klasse.
Das besondere Highlight war das Pizza backen mit Roberto und seiner Tochter Eva. Vielen Dank euch Beiden.
