Good stop on the old route over Lolo Pass to Idaho. Quiet, beautiful scenery. Older lodge, our room was tight quarters but adequate for our needs. Breakfast and lobby do not open until 8 am so if you are an early riser, that might not work for you. Some nice walking trails around the hotel. Two indoor hot springs pools that I enjoyed using.
We originally booked a Queen room, but had to upgrade because the room was a very old 70’s trailer style hotel room with not enough space to even open my suitcase comfortably. We asked for an upgrade and for $50 more we got. Beautiful log sided room close to the lodge and hot springs.
It was a nice place to stay an disconnect. The only somewhat downside is food options since we only found the bar that was connected to the inn. The staff was really nice and even showed us around!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The windows were filthy! Rooms were okay but dark. Restaurant was great & service staff the best! We might stay again.
We had a wonderful weekend. We loved the fact that it is a remote place without high speed wifi and tons of channels. We watched a few DVDs and got a pizza from the pub that is there. Everyone was so friendly. The hot water pools are amazing. The water left my skin and hair so soft. This is a great place for relaxation. We will be back.
No Wifi codes presented other than at the desk. Got there late at night, no one to give us access to Wifi. Bed was literally broken. Room was terrible. Spray foam sticking out of walls, screws all over the ceiling, Queen bed was the size of a double, no wifi except at main building/office area, TV did not work,

I was disappointed only in the lackluster “breakfast”. There’s a restaurant right next door; scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, breakfast meats, maybe?
Then again, it is a “free” perk.
Otherwise, there’s no other place (than Oahu) where I’d spend the 4th.
