We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The furniture was stained and dirty, and one of the chairs smelled strongly of urine. The sleeper sofa bedding was covered in crumbs and hair. While the chair was eventually replaced, it took far too long, and there were no available rooms to relocate us. Cleanliness should not be an issue at any hotel—especially a Hilton.

To start off, the women at the front desk were so incredibly rude. The only kind one was the young man who checked us in. These women were so rude to me and others as well. Staff at the restaurant are all amazing and helpful! My biggest complaint was the people above kept us up all night. We called numerous times and unfortunately there was no room to move us.

Room was clean but that’s it. The so call Resturant served frozen pizza and the had someone behind the counter that was acting like a bartender but he surely wasn’t. I asked for a margarita and got all syrup and ice. And in my husband’s rum and Diet Coke had no Diet Coke but water and rum. The Resturant was very dirty and disgusting. I’ve been to the Embassy suites before this surely was not. The night staff was very rude when I complained. And the walls were paper thin. I could hear the conversation the next room was having. The room smelled musty and moldy but at least it was clean . I thank God for.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton. The breakfast was great and the complementary drinks on the evening were a nice addition. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. We would definitely choose this hotel next time we travel in thst area.
