At first we thought we'd die - as the air conditioning broke and the toilet didn't work. Then, some miracle happened and the air worked and so did the toilet. This place is in the middle of everything: the tube, restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, marketplace and the police station. It was a bit noisy on weekends, but that was part of the fun. It is a REALLY old building- but we realized everywhere in London is old - they were accommodating in bringing two roll away beds and a fan - I would stay here again just knowing they couldn't help that London had a heat wave - the one bathroom for five people was hard... but it was nice to have a kitchen, etc. They were very nice to work with.

Room was excellent! Everything advertised for amenities was there. Newly remodeled kitchen was both functional & attractive. Place was spotless. While pictures shown on sight were good, I felt the place exceeded my expectations when seeing it in person

Fantastic room and very comfortable.

Great room -- very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the tube. No parking and even better I have learned to never rent a car and bring it into London. Not a complaint to the hotel, just a thought for traveling to London. Impossible to park anywhere. USE the TUBE or UBER

Suprisingly good

Pros: Stated above.
Cons: Staff might be upgraded to users of recognizable english.
Location: Too many to list. Just requires walking about a bit and getting off the main street.
Had no idea the accommodation would be a mini apartment with all amenities including a washing machine. Very close to excellent pubs and eateries. Lots of activity.

Convenient

Convenient to the tube. Hotel feels like a building of efficiency apts. Good place to stay if you intend to stay a few days and plan to eat in the room. Furnishings are cheap, but adequate. A no frills hotel, pricey, but good location.
