Bright and spacious apartment located on the first floor of a three story building. This modern style two bedroom apartment comprises of two bedrooms with double beds, an open plan kitchen with living space and a sofa bed as well as a bathroom with shower.

There are windows facing both the main road as well as the back side. There is no lift.

The ground floors of the neighbouring buildings are served by a renowned cocktail and whisky bar called MAP Maison and a modern dining restaurant called La Bibliothèque which serves Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese influences.

Lage der Wohnung an einer sehr lauten Strasse mut teilweise schlecht schließenden Fenstern und zur Strasse hin defektem Rollo. Extrem hellhörig.Sonst tolle Verkehrsanbindung und Supermarkt gegenüber.Wohnung wie abgebildet, gute Ausstattung.
