Greatly Situated and only minutes from the station. The apartment is modern, beautifully designed and fully equipped. This private 2-bed property has all the amenities you can come to expect from a centrally located holiday home. This clean apartment will comfortably accommodate up to five guests. With 2 large double beds and a stylish sofa bed, there is plenty of space for all.

Netflix & fast Broadband as standard

Whether you are traveling for business or leisure this stunning property will suit all needs, from small families and friends to contractors and tourists. To ensure a comfortable stay there is a smart LED TV with complimentary Netflix and super-fast fiber-optic broadband giving you the opportunity to work or just binge your favourite series.

The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of storage space. There is a table in the dining area that can also be used as a workspace. The ceilings are incredibly high throughout the property, there is also a separate kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, iron plus board, and more. The bathroom consists of a bath/shower, toilet, and sink. Complimentary towels and toiletries are provided. You can enjoy the lovely garden perfect for BBQs in the nice weather.

Parking is free! There is free on-street and off-street parking and there are often spaces available directly outside the property.

Transportation is great at enfild House. The nearest station (Enfield lock station) is less than a 6-minute walk away. There are great transport links across London and it is 35 minutes to central London with trains leaving frequently. With being within walking distance of the local shops which has a parade of restaurants, and a cinema, it is the perfect location to stay in London. We know you will enjoy your stay.

You will find a welcome pack inside the property which highlights all the necessary things you may need to know. Emergency contacts, cabs, suggested restaurants, London attraction checklist, wifi codes, house rules, etc. this pack should give you most of the information you’ll need throughout your stay otherwise we are on call.

Important Information

HouseManage | Short stays staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and will not tolerate threatening, illegal or antisocial behavior. Should guests or holidaymakers act in a manner that is threatening, illegal, or abusive we reserve the right to terminate the reservation with immediate effect with you also losing your security deposit and in some cases, local authorities will be notified.


Our T&C’s

Payments - We do not accept payment on arrival payments must be made prior to the reservation either by way of one of our booking partners or direct through HouseManage if payment is not receive within

Deposits - A deposit MUST be left before you are able to stay within a HouseManage Property. Deposits will be returned within 4 business days after your reservation has ended. Should there need to be deductions made you will be sent a break-down explaining any and all deductions and will be refunded the remaining balance. Should the damages exceed the deposit you will be invoiced for the damages which may result in legal action being taken.

ID - We require guests and holidaymakers to have either submitted their ID with one of our booking partners or will need to submit their ID using the link provided in your confirmation email. If your ID is not confirmed before your booking you will not be able to stay.

Prior Viewings - We do not offer prior viewings for properties. We understand that booking an apartment can be a hard thing to do especially if you have not seen the property in person, however, we have tried our best to add many pictures which accurately depict the property and floor plans to give you a sense of the layout. If you have any questions you need answering which will help in your decision-making process just let us know as we will do all we can to help.

Data and information - HouseManage is registered with the ICO information commissioner’s office and processes all personal information according to the data protection act 2018.
Check-ins and Checkouts - Check-ins are from 3 PM and check-out must be before 10 AM – any checkout which happens after 10 AM may be subject to a late checkout fee. We DO NOT offer early checks for free. Should you be arriving before 3 PM you will not be permitted to check in. Should you want an early check-in this can be arranged at a fee please speak with one of the team. Should your early check-in be before 10 am the only way to achieve this will be to book the day before in order to ensure the property is vacant and available for your ideal check-in day and time. If this is the case please inform one of the team as we may be able to provide a discounted rate for the night before your check-in day.

Smoking - there is strictly no smoking in any House Manage property if smoke is detected or if our cleaners notify us of the smell of smoke after a reservation you will lose your deposit. You are responsible for your guests so if they also smoke within the property you will still remain liable. You are welcome to smoke outside the property in the gardens, driveways, patios, decks, etc.

Parties and Events - We strictly do not allow parties or events of any kind at any of our properties this includes and is not limited to birthdays, stag/hen dos, photoshoots, filming, etc. If it is found that a party is occurring you will be asked to leave with immediate effect and will not receive a refund and will forfeit any security deposit which was left.

Strict Cancellation Policy - guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is if less than 14 days guests will be entitled to a 0% refund.

CCTV - There is CCTV in some HouseManage properties (there will never be CCTV with the properties only in shared and communal areas) recordings are stored according to the data protection act 2018 and may be shared with other agencies for the prevention of crime and fraud.
