Poor check in and noisy stay

Had to wait ages for someone to come and check me in. It was very noisy and there is a street light right outside the window and the curtains aren't lined. Poor nights sleep

Great location, communication with the hotel was easy and the staff was very helpful. The room was on the top floor so the noise from outside was minimal especially at night. The room was really clean, a rarity these days. Will definitely consider for another stay in London.

This was an interesting surprise:) i needed a decent place to stay close to my office in London that was decently priced. This place was unexpectedly lovely with a super cute resident kitty who was there to spread his love :) I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay for a few days or a more extended period.

The place was okay and as expected. I was just disappointed by the lack of communication about the deposit. They did not mention to me that it would take 5-7 working days to return into my account. The communication from the reception/ concierge was very poor. And it says they stay in the building until 10pm, which was not true. He left immediately after I checked in, leaving me with no one to make any requests/ complaints to.

One of the worst botel experiences ive ever had.

It was nearly impossible to get in contact with reception to check in. Nearly none of the promised ammenities were available. The halls smelled like cat pee. And my fiance burned themselves on an overly hot impossible to turn off towl warmer.

Small but well appointed

Good value. Perfect for I needed it for. Clean. Comfy bed. Good air-conditioning. Great location 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street. The room was small but plenty big enough for one person. A bit noisy in the morning. And quite light to as there is a street lamp just outside the room. I really liked it though.

センターからは離れているが、バス停も地下鉄も近くてアクセスが良かった。また周りには個性的なショップが多く、おもしろいエリア。 4人部屋となっていたが、椅子3脚＋ソファなので、4人で食事をするのは難しかった。 チェックイン前の荷物は預かってもらえるが、チェックイン後は有料。

A brilliant find!

Absolutely delighted with this Aparthotel! The gentleman on reception was lovely and helpful. The kitchen was so well equipped, there was plenty of space in the clean room and the bathroom was new and lovely. I will definitely be back for future business trips. Thank you to all the staff there :)

The rooms are very compact but comfortable once you’ve understood how to turn the heating on. I couldn’t get the towel radiator to work in the bathroom but this wasn’t a major problem.

Tiny room and quite noisy from street outside. Bed linen made up of 2 sheets overlapping- not impressive. Shower tiny. Good point is location the rest distinctly mediocre. But considering cost in this area it’s just about acceptable

Hoxton stay

Extremely clean and good sized room with small kitchen area for making drinks and cooking basic meals. Also had a washing machine which I didn’t need but it was there…you need to buy your own laundry products. The place is very close to the subway just a short walk and was up a side street so wasn’t noisy which is a bonus in London. It’s in a good area with great pubs, bars and restaurants and was very close to venue I was attending so perfect for me. I would definitely stay here again if was looking for a place close to that same area again.
