Nice, smaller hotel! Very near Earls Court underground station. The room was small (by American standards) but comfortable and clean. Coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby. I would absolutely stay here again!
One of the afternoon shift front disk was rude, others were nicer.
The room isn't very joyful but it has basics. The AC is working but you don't feel it's working properly, it was too hot!
I didn't like my stay in general, however, I'd accept it pretty temporarily one to two nights maximum due to its competitive cost.
Great hotel in a convenient area. There are many places to eat. Easy walk to Tube and bus lines. The area is safe and charming. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The property is new and very clean. We had a double room which was small but pleasantly decorated and highly functional. Nice spot for visiting London and spending most of your day out.
Clean. New room. Quiet. All what we needed spending 3 days in London. 3rd floor without elevator, but no big problem:)
Short walk til Underground (Earls Court). Small room, but nice bed.
First time staying at this hotel and I was very impressed. Friendly staff and the room although on the lower floor was a good size. The room had a small fridge as well as the usual amenities and the bed was comfortable. There was free cold/hot water in the reception. The hotel is in a quiet street but really close to the tube with plenty of shops, restaurants/takeaways around.
My only criticism is they only had one iron which has been given out but not returned, but that was only a small thing, which didnât spoil my stay.
Clean and new and pleasant with some nice touches that were well thought out. The rooms are super compact with a few design elements that could use work. For example very cramped bathroom with no handle inside shower to open it, and a heavy extra door inside the main room door in Room 501 that makes it difficult to negotiate a suitcase. Nice touches include quality stainless steel kettle, dishwasher in the lobby (hopefully room mugs and glasses are washed in that) and hot/cold/sparkling water tap in lobby. Great basic hotel with nice up to date decor for a decent price and in Central London when you just need a clean pleasant place to sleep.
Beautiful property. Great location near Kensington and Hyde parks. Only negative is rooms are small. But if you plan to be out and about, not a big deal.
I had a lovely stay at Brit Hotels. The service was excellent and when I didnât program the safe correctly, the manager was very patient in resetting it for me. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the shower was good. There were ports for chargers which was helpful too. It was extremely quiet in the hotel and is in a safe area and I would definitely stay again. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
