For the price, our room was reasonable. (£50 for one night)
Could do with a bit of a refresh and maybe some spare pillows. Bed was reasonably comfortable and warm.
Shower cubicle is a little small and the shower needs a bit more grunt, as it's a bit of a trickle (new washer in the handset would help).
If you were staying for a few days, there's a little kitchenette between a couple of the rooms, arranged like a 2 room apartment. Had a fridge and microwave in our room too.
Was clean and tidy, though the smell of bleach was a little overpowering.
I have been using the facility for the last more than 6 months staying there for few days almost every month and it worth's the money. although it becomes little noisy when the house is full and all the rooms are occupied but does not bother much.
The rooms are clean and staff is cooperative and friendly.
Manager Mr Haseeb takes care of everything at personal level and it always ready with a smiley face to listen and help you.
very bad experience. I called the hotel to underline for them that I was about to book and arrival time would have been 3 am due to flight delay. The flight being late was the only reason I wanted a hotel not to drive in the night. they confirmed it was ok to check in at that time. Additionally, I expressively asked confirmation of having the parking on the property's door for safety as I own a luxury car. they said yes. Got there and the arrangement did not match what I va been told at all: the last available parking space was 5 minutes by foot away in an unsafe-looking neighbourhood. And once I have Been given the room and I walked into it at almost 4 am, the heating was off. it was freezing, that room had not been used for weeks as well. it was impossible to sleep there in the cold and I left driving home in the middle of the night. the following day I called the manager explaining all that happened and they also denied me a refund. not even partial.
The Hotel was absolutely hirandace, they didn’t any sort of compensation. Only a 10% he offered on following reservation. The was a next story was a whole filth! what can I say it doest get any better gets worse.
It was dirt on the carpets and pillows where the lowest ever Quality and I asked for further pillows and the coneirge”they don’t have further pillow” so I had live with that..

I had parking ticket issued when park at front of the hotel, staff had no help to share even though i was loading lugggae. so be careful not to park on pavement if no drive is available.
