Great location / value but a few key issues
Posted Feb. 21, 2024 on HotelsGreat location and seemed like a great value. No desk in my room (even though this is something I always check and reconfirm), and wifi didn’t work (my room was right next to reception too). Room Was basically clean but sheets made me itch.
(Also, my room was haunted. I’m absolutely serious.)

Good location, nice and clean. Kind and helpful people at the front deak. Comfy bed. The room could be bigger, but it was large enough for two nights.

Property was supposed to be 4 stars. It wasn't. That said it was OK. Staff was fine, room was clean but it was pretty basic. A room with 2 beds and a bath. It was located in an area that was lots and lots of row houses many of which were also hotels. There were none of the extras that I associate with 4 stars. However, it had good blackout curtains and air conditioning and it was clean. A little far if you are toting luggage so definitely need a cab (About $25-$30 USD) and the tube is walkable but not something I'd suggest with luggage.

disappointed that we reserved a suite with a double bed and a double pull out bed but what we got was a single pull out bed - not worth the money. also very hot in the room and when you opened the window anyone from the street could have jumped in!!!
