5. COMFORTABLE BED: UK Double bed with pocket spring mattress with hotel quality bedlinen is also provided;
6. FLEXIBLE SLEEPING: Pull out trundle bed perfect for kids in the small bedroom (not suitable for 2 adults) and super comfy super king sofa-bed in the living room;
7. CENTRAL HEATING - regulated by smart Nest thermostat and constant hot water. Energy efficient portable heater provided as optional to use;
8. CHARGERS AND ADAPTERS â USB and touchpad chargers in bedrooms and living room, but please bring your own traditional adapters.
9. QUALITY TOILETRIES - all from British brands: The Scottish Fine Soap Co, Duck Island or Baylis & Harding, not tested on animals and in recycled bottles;

15. WHAT WE DON'T PROVIDE:
- Clothes detergent - too many allergies. If guests leave one behind, we will leave it for you to use;
- Dryer - only washing machine, but clothes drying rack provided;
- Umbrellas - sorry too many walked out;
- Dog poo bags, please bring your own if we agree on a pet staying. We provide anti-anxiety dog bed for medium sized dogs, blankets and bowls;
16. EXTRA SERVICES - To ensure we receive your special request, please include it in Guest Arrival Form. Requests sent in messages might be overlooked due to volume of correspondence.

We can provide a fully disinfected foldable child crib approx. length 110cm., complete with mattress. We do not provide baby bedlinen or duvets.

- MID-STAY CLEANING ON LONGER STAYS:
We provide a weekly on request bedlinen / towels change included + mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks. If you would like a more frequent cleaning, we can arrange that at ÂŁ20 per hr and linens at ÂŁ29 per replacement set. Please request in Guest Check In form. Thank you for your understanding.
VISITOR PARKING PERMIT - we can arrange that. Charges apply. We will advise you depending on your duration and arrival day. Please let us know your car registration and make and model so we can add you to our visitor parking permit. Parking has to be pre-paid via pay pal. Link will be sent on request.
