Car, Uber or Underground from Hendon Central



Other Things to Note:

**Parking is free on the street outside. DO NOT PARK ON DOUBLE YELLOW LINES!!!



For the tennis table: you will find tennis bats, balls and net in the cabinet under the TV.



To dispose of rubbish, place them in the refuse cupboards upstairs on the drive. Rubbish guys come every Thursday.



Doors maybe tricky, to lock, you need to lift the handle up and lock at the same time to secure.



***IMPORTANT NOTICE***



✔The property is equipped with 1 portable air conditioning unit and floor fans for the other rooms. The portable air conditioning unit is movable and can be placed in whichever room guests prefer during their stay.



✔Travel cot and high chair are available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to arrange these items with a fee of £55



✔Check-out: By 11am

**If guests delay cleaners at check-out, a charge of £100 per hour applies if not arranged or approved by us in advance



✔Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed at the property. Please note that any signs of smoking will incur a fee of £300



✔Lost Keys: In the event that a guest loses or fails to return the keys to the apartment at the end of their stay, a replacement fee of £100 will be charged to cover the cost of key replacement and rekeying the locks.



✔Lockout Call-Out Fee: If the guest locks themselves out of the apartment during their stay, a call-out fee of £100 will be charged for the assistance provided to gain entry. This fee covers the cost of the service call and any related expenses.



✔Strictly prohibited to have wild events and large gatherings at this apartment



***Penalty or fee will be charged if rule will not follow.



***This is not a serviced apartment meaning it will not be cleaned during your stay (this can be arranged for an extra fee! and amenities such as toilet roll and toiletries will not be replenished once they run out.
