A nice hotel and good for buses

Room was lovely and quiet. Reception staff helpful. Room was not ready on arrival at 3pm so we were given a drinks voucher. The lighting was terrible for using the dressing table. The housekeeping was very inconsistent. Transport was good for buses but a bit of a walk for tube and not walkable from King’s Cross with luggage.
