Make Marylebone your London base in this characterful split-level studio. With air conditioning, a dedicated work desk and excellent transport links, it is well suited to a city break or a working stay.

Set on the ground floor, the open-plan studio accommodates up to two guests. A king-size bed sits in the raised sleeping area, reached by a short flight of internal steps. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Marylebone is a rewarding neighbourhood to explore on foot. Browse the independent shops and cafés along Marylebone High Street, discover the art collection at the Wallace Collection, or head towards Regent’s Park for a walk. Baker Street and Madame Tussauds are also nearby, while Oxford Street offers a livelier shopping scene. For food and drink, try Ottolenghi Marylebone on Marylebone Lane or The Grazing Goat for a classic pub setting.

Marylebone train and Underground station is approximately three hundred metres away, offering the Bakerloo line and Chiltern Railways services. Edgware Road is around four hundred metres away; its separate Underground stations serve the Bakerloo line and the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines. Baker Street, approximately six hundred metres away, adds the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines alongside the Bakerloo, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
