The waitress wasn't very attentive and never let us know it was the end of her shift. We asked to see a dinner menu several times and finally got one. The check in clerks were excellent. Finding our way to terminal 3 was an adventure!

Great Hotel

Best location for flying from Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport. The staff were very friendly and the hotel’s amenities are great. Bar on the 14th Floor is a must!

Very convenient hotel. The only issue was that they did not have 24/7 room dining and we had to go to the bar in order to get food. Being that it’s an airport hotel it should consider offering that option as flights can come in anytime during the day. Other than that the rooms were wonderful and you have everything you need. Great hotel it you need to overnight to transition to next day.

I booked an accessible room for my mum (with wheelchair) and myself. I was surprised how small the room was with very little space to maneuver with a wheelchair. Also I was expecting an accessible bathroom, meaning with a hand rail, raised toilet and walk in shower etc. it was just a normal bathroom so it was a bit problematic to navigate.

We only stayed as we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just a short walk from the Virgin Atlantic check in (which is what we wanted). The information and allergen advice should be a LOT clearer in the restaurant- there didn’t look to be anything but the waiter then pointed out things that could be made gluten free for my husband. Allergen advice generally should be a lot clearer and something to give to guests to check against would be much easier to navigate. The room itself though was lovely- despite being so close to the runways you can’t hear a thing so we had a great sleep the night before- and the runway bar on the roof you can sit outside and watch the planes land and take off.
