Excellent breakfast options, a true British breakfast if you are looking for one! Rooms are kept clean and all amenities are refilled daily. The hotel is convenient to The Tube and Buses, as well as lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and felt welcomed straight away. The car park was really convenient and took the stress out of the journey. The hotel and room were clean and in a good condition. There wasn’t anything I can find fault with.

I recently stayed at Hilton London Olympia for two nights and was disappointed with the hotel condition and poor hygiene standards. We requested our bed sheets to be changed, the cleaners ignored the request. I've given the hotel 2 stars for a few reasons: -the rooms, although clean, are looking worn and dated. A refresh would bring this up to the price range and standard I would expect from Hilton. -related to this, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows went flat the instant we put our heads on them. The mattress felt old and sagging. A bed refresh is very much needed. -the shower screen is oddly small, so water goes everywhere. The hotel needs a major makeover. Avoid

Hotel looks really nice from the outside, rooms look quite generic - which I expected. The air conditioning unit was hard to work out and it kept making a bleeping through the night which had woke me up, room facilities were good,!
