We chose this hotel for its pool and location. Staff were very friendly, and our room was clean. A few items to note: air conditioner was extremely loud; even with earplugs in it would wake us during a deep sleep. The toilet would not flush properly and made a dripping sound during the 45~ mins it took to fill back up. The condition of the pool was deplorable. The first night we arrived, the water was murky. The next day we arrived to the pool as it opened, we could see a layer of oil and debris mixing with the water. Upon checkout we voiced our concerns to the front desk person who informed us that it wasn’t their fault the pool was dirty- they had found a diaper in the two days earlier. They said they could not offer us a refund as we booked through Expedia but could send us a coupon via email for our next stay. The coupon did not come. We are out money for paying for public pools over the weekend because we didn’t feel safe swimming in the hotel pool water. If you’re a deep sleeper, want a clean room and won’t be swimming, this place is fine. If you want access to the pool and need something more reliable, perhaps consider a different hotel.

do not recommend--check in took an exceptionally long time, and while checking in i was double charged for the room i booked. we received a room with a broken toilet, and were moved to a different room just before midnight.

I booked my reservation via Expedia and was double charged by the hotel. The hotel refused to refund the transaction and was incredibly unhelpful with trying to resolve this issue.

Total construction on main road (Wellington St) so getting to/from hotel is a challenge. In booking hotel Expedia shows "breakfast included" - but it is not - only Coffee available. No restaurant on site, but lots of restaurants within walking distance. TV is good and there is a list of channels provided; however, there is no GUIDE to see what's playing or upcoming, so you have to scroll each channel to see what's currently playing, but not what's coming up. No streaming service like Marriott hotels so you can't get Netflix, Prime, etc. - Overall hotel was satisfactory for the one night.
