Could be a 4* review as we had a great time in this hotel, great location - only 10 mins from Oxford st an Camden market, Regent’s Park on the doorstep and next to a tube stop. Breakfast was excellent. Bed not so, very lumpy and saggy in the middle. On our last day the boiler broke and we had no hot water so had to travel home, after a very sweaty concert the night before, a bit smelly which was far from ideal. They gave us some ihg points as compensation which is good I suppose, but I’ve not idea if I’ll ever be able to use them.

The staff were friendly and the room was ok. The pillow was too firm and there was no hot water in the morning. They did give us complementary breakfast as compensation. Only there for a night which was fine for a trip to Wembley and a good place to stay for that as it’s only 3 stops on the tube and the station is a few minutes walk.

Room felt like student halls and the building beyond the main communal areas is quite basic, but £400 for two people for two nights in central London I guess that’s what’s is considered reasonable.

staff were all very polite and helpful. Room was small but adequate. Water was piping hot. Part of the coffee maker was missing so couldn't use it- Not really bothered so didn't mention it to any staff member

Fantastic staff

Amazing stay. Rooms are a little tired and could do with so love, but it's the staff that make the place amazing. Shout out to Ibrahim on the front desk. That man went above and beyond. He deserves a pay rise.
