There was nothing to not like. The Ibis heathrow hotel was fantastic and so was the safe.

Had a great experience with helpful staff who accommodated my pet with no fuss. Alex and, I believe, Fayaz were extremely helpful to me with my puppy allowing me an easy and comfortable stay.
