Pésimo

Estoy en reclamación de una devolución ya que al llegar a la propiedad estaba ocupada por otra familia y tuve que ir a buscar hotel en ese mismo momento, no he tenido respuesta de el propietario y tampoco tengo una respuesta positiva del equipo de hoteles, pésimo.
