We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.

This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.

Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.

Fantastic location, lovely house

Mayfair was an even better location/neighborhood than I could have imagined for my young adult children and me. And this specific house was in a CHARMING cul-de-sac with pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, and grocery and Green Park tube around the corner, etc.The house itself was very pleasant, clean and tidy, good natural light, etc. Nice clean sheets but not "instagram" stylish living/dining furniture. The layout may not work for everyone. Bedroom on ground floor with front door, two bedrooms below, and fourth bedroom on the top of four stories. There was cleaning product for the washing machine and the dishwasher. But the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking -- no mixing bowls for scrambling eggs, but several frying pans. No left over salt/pepper tucked away in the back of the cabinet (ha!). Good enough for simple bfast. And good wifi for making dinner reservations! This is not to be critical, but setting expectations. We LOVED our stay here and have already recommended it to several friends back home in Greenwich, CT, USA.

The perfect accommodations for a larger group.

Having the bedrooms on multiple levels was perfect for being able to avoid those that snored (and we are talking g pull the shades from the windows loud snoring). The location was within walking distance of virtually everything we needed from museums to underground stations and a wide variety of restaurants. I was nervous about being responsible for the accommodations our group of 8 but the host was wonderful in putting my nerves to rest with quick reply’s to any and all questions that I had. I can recommend the unit or host more enthusiastically.

Unfortunately, our reservation was canceled just a week before our stay. Thankfully, they offered an even better property to accommodate us which was right around the corner. The new place was absolutely amazing—spacious, clean, and in a great location. The team was super accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay in Westminster. The apartment was perfect for our family of 8 adults with 4BRs and 4.5 WCs. It was close to several pubs and restaurants, just minutes from the Green Park Tube station. The city is very walkable to city center for all the attractions.

Great place/Great location

My family just came back from 6 days at this marvelous flat in Mayfair, London. We are a family with three teenage boys and this place was perfect for us. Each person had their own bedroom and felt completely comfortable.The flat was clean and comfortable. We felt at home the entire time.Communication with the team was quick and easy. They were very accommodating and made check-in and all communications simple. The location is great. It's located on a quiet street in the very cute section of Mayfair in London. There are some great restaurants within this area and is within walking distance to a few very popular areas with many more spectacular restaurants and things to do. If you need to go past walking distance, there is an Underground station that is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Overall, I would strongly recommend this flat.

Great location, OK accomodations

The house is on a quiet street in Mayfair, very central to a lot of London sites and within blocks of multiple pubs and restaurants. The location is great, but the house itself felt a little bare bones. We were a group of 7 staying for 12 days and we picked a house rental so we avoid eating out every meal. However, we only had 3 dish washer tablets and only a few grocery bags. There were also very little cleaning supplies available to clean small messes. The house itself was sparsely decorated and could have use a little more to help it feel cozy. Overall decent, but not worth the price.
