This is an excellent location. I booked two rooms as it was a family trip. We had lots of fun as it is walking distance to a lot of places. Only thing I would recommend is to ask the times the thermostats go down, as the hotel is eco-friendly and you need to manually turn the heat back on. Other than that I would give my stay here a solid 9.8/10. I am a hospitality major who has worked in hotels and restaurants for almost 2 decades. As well, I work for a major airline currently, staying at many hotels across the world. I loved this property and highly recommend it.

It is super close to two train stations Lambeth North and then two of other Waterloo train stations. It had good connection to rest of London. Kitchenette was useful. Ask them about power switch for kitchen stove.

Good hotel near pretty much every single major landmark in London. 1. 35 mins walk to Piccadilly Circus and Lyric Theater. 2. 15 mins walk to Big Ben. 3. 10 mins walk to London Eye. 4. Tons of restaurants nearby.

Other than the beds, we really liked it!
Very convenient to the tube and bus. Nice pub maybe a 5 minute walk. Nice hotel with a good bar. Beds are extremely firm; like sleeping on a box spring with a thin topper. Some street noise. Other than the beds, we really liked it.
