Very good location to access underground etc. very quiet area. There was no bin in the main room and no lid/bag in the bin in the bathroom which was a little unhygienic especially with female guests. The showerhead in the room was broken and not much water was leaving the actual head which caused a little bit of leakage. Otherwise a good stay

Tower of London area

Amazing staff, had a beautiful view from my room and location was incredible. A place I could relax after exploring London. Everyone was welcoming and seemed happy to help if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again.
