Staff were very nice and accommodating! Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job. They even had staff show us to our room and carry our luggage. Room is smaller than average hotels, however had a great a price and location. Would go again! Thank you to the staff for giving us a memorable vacation.

Excellent value

If you just need somewhere to sleep and affordable I think this place is pretty good. And it is in Kensington you can walk to natural history museum, science museum and Victoria art museum. Lobby is nice, just grab you laptop and do what you need to do. I find it pretty quiet, everybody busy with them self.

Accessibility education needed

Nothing like the brochure pictures, but apparently it is not important to accommodate disabled or elderly guests. The staff were lovely, but it felt like I was not the first to raise issues around accessibility. The owners clearly have no idea what guests need, as shown in only one question asked about the topic, which was about wheelchairs. There was no comfortable chair, just a foot stool which I was unable to wear. Nice carpets in hallways but not so nice in the room. Holes in bedding, and worst of all, the tiny television screen. For context the photo has my hand touching the screen. I could not only see the screen when on the bed. I also needed to be very careful not to knock the tv off the wall when I walked (sideways) past the bed because the space between the bed and the wall was only about 5 or 6 inches. Most painful indeed for me to do because of my disability.
