My name is Jubed, I have been with HomeAway for 7 years with 3 Properties called "Grenville" Property number: 8395279, large 6 bedroom house sleeps up to 14, or 16 with 2 additional child Beds, 6 min walk to London Turnpike Lane Underground Station and the best part is direct into Central London or London Heathrow Airport.

Great new kitchen/Diner, opening onto garden where you will only hear Birds, this house is perfect for a anyone who wants to get-away or for those who love to be entertained in our wonderful London City.
2 Double Room on 2nd floor with 1 ensuite. 1st floor has 2 Double bedroom and 1 single with separate large family bathroom.
Downstairs there is a large Double Bedroom, separate toilet/Sink under the stairs, small utility room leads into the newly built luxury kitchen with Granite worktop and spacious Dining area.
Living room with a large Tv, Double Sofa/Bed. House itself is stepped back from the main Road, front garden is approximately 50ft long including Private off street Parking for 2 cars and EV charging facility (EV Charge Payable) One night bookings we charge addition ÂŁ100 at the time of check in.
We strictly don't allow any kind of events. This is NOT a party house. Thank you.

Neighbourhood overview:

Our neighbourhood - it's vibrant and full of character. The house is a stone's throw from Wood Green and Green Lanes, where you can get some of the best Turkish food in London, within 1 minute walk you have a new fancy Japanese Restaurant and extremely popular, also Brazilian, Polish, fresh Pizza restaurants.
Shopping Mall 6 minute walkaway with various shops to choose from, 2 Cinema. There are also great local cafes to choose from as well as Hornsey and Crouch End few minutes away, and lots of lovely parks including the Historic Alexandra Place. I will be happy to make any recommendations in Planning your Stay in London, help with booking your favourite site-seeing, Theatres if you're interested.

Getting around:

Our house is very well situated for public transport links. You can walk to Turnpike Lane Underground Tube station (6 mins, we are in Zone 3). There are also lots of bus routes into Central London and best part is they are also 24 hours to and from Central London.

Great house in North London

As a group travelling with kids for sports activities, we really appreciated this beautiful english house. Although the bedrooms can accommodate around 14 people, please note that the dining room table can seat around 8-9 people, as well as 2 at the bar. Very practical are the 3 wc-showers available and the 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The host was very helpful and the house corresponded perfectly to the description.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, very close to public transportation and a market. Stayed during an heatwave and even without AC the rooms cooled off nicely at night. Kids loved all having a space and the manual for house came with lots of tips for town. Great stay.

The house was lovely. Clean and well equipped. Coffee was delicious. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our rooms. A great bonus to have 3 bathrooms with showers so we could get ready quickly in the morning.Our host was a delight. Fun and informative, always available for questions. Many wonderful ethnic restaurants in the area. Our favorite was the authentic Polish cuisine.We loved our stay in London.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The moment that you step up to the property, you can see that this is different from any other in the neighborhood. Host Jubed is amazingly personable and clearly takes pride in every aspect of the property and also ensuring that guests are have every thing they need and more! This is an entire house with 6 comfortable beds, kitchen and 3 baths that updated and immaculately clean. Jubed's communications are the most detailed and accurate of any VRBO property we have ever used in any country. Beautiful stay

We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. Great location

A house which is ideally located in London very close to a station to travel into central. Large enough for a family of 12. The only downside we found is that the communication with the Jubed was great but a bit intrusive when he turned up to water the plants unannounced. Also, it needs to be clearer that The parking needs to be requested as we arrived with 3 vehicles and the driveway was only big enough for 2. Jubed was very quick to sort out the second parking space )which he had booked out for someone else) But the daily on road parking is ÂŁ15 a day. Again the parking needs to be clearer as the folder in the house also stated there were 2 free parking spaces bur nothing about requesting these. The property is large and clean overall with a couple of cobwebs found in the living area and one of the bedrooms.

Wonderful family vacation

We were a family of 10! Two grandparents, four parents and four teenagers. Jubed’s place worked out perfect for us. We were easily able to get there by connection from train arrival at Kings Cross and depart using the tube to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Each time we walked to and from the tube station with our bags in less than 10 minutes. Jubed was a delight to work with and very helpful throughout. We kept very busy in London using our London pass. Also one of the men working at the tube station was very helpful and advised the best way to use the tube is pay with Apple. We had bought daily passes, but he said Apple is cheaper. It would take about 25 minutes by tube to get to the Thames, but sometimes we liked to take the bus and enjoy the view, that took about 50 minutes. We were able to enjoy breakfast and pack lunches. We generally ate out for dinner. One time we ate at a local Brazilian restaurant. There were four of us and the servings were so big we could have probably fed the 10 of us. Great vacation and thank you Jubed!

Incredible property and host!

A group of eight family and friends were in London to begin our trip to visit Normandy for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Jubed was an incredible host-attentive and very informative about the area and things to do in London for the three days we stayed. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a safe area. It was an easy walk to the train-even for two 80-year-olds who were with us. All of us stated that if we were in London again, we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Jubed!!! Stephanie

Highly recommend this property

There was not one thing we lacked. It is exactly as the pictures show and pristine condition. We were very close to the Turnpike Station which transported us quickly and easily into London for the sights and also back to the airport. We came in on Eurostar from Paris which was a quick and easy transport and flew to Edinburg from Gateway which was also easily accessible. We are on a two week travel so the washer and dryer were a plus. We did not really cook but the kitchen was very well stocked with a large fridge and freezer. There is a wonderful courtyard to enjoy morning coffee. My daughter had a great meal at a nearby Polish deli. We did buy a few groceries at a nearby market which was well stocked. I would highly recommend this property for location as well as comfort! Jubed went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in was clear and check out requirements simple. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back
