Shambles of a stay. Key card had to be reprogrammed three times. WiFi didn’t work which meant missing meetings and deadlines. There were beetles running about on the stairwell. No shower gel in the bottle. Breakfast very poor for £21. Hotel is desperate for renovation. Stayed here several times for the convenience of location but won’t be back after this.

Fantastic service from staff. Very accommodating. Room specious on 9th floor, great air conditioning & view of Wembley. We'd stayed overnight to watch the Oasis gig & the amount of people queuing up outside just to get into the hotel bar was huge! A very popular venue. Although it was a busy night, there was no noise or disturbance. As guests, you can immediately bypass queuing outside. The array & quality of food available for breakfast was really lovely. Well worth the money to stay here, rather than scrambling for the tube after the gig. Checkout time is noon. So highly recommended & definitely would come back again.

Great choice

Seamless stay and the hotel facilitated the entire thing whilst we just enjoyed the trip. The hotel is so close to wembley and more importantly the tube from London - metropolitan line. It’s so close to the designer outlet and the bars andrestaurants.

Promote Vicky Fernandes to senior management

Excellent customer service provided by Vicky Fernandes. His attention to detail was top notch and he was all hands on deck. He interacted with his staff in a very calm manner which provided a positive work environment. He’s definitely a good fit for Novotel and to the hospitality industry in general. I enjoyed watching him interact with all the guests as if they were at his personal residence. He was so warm, caring and respectful.

Great hotel

Had two bookings, the staff accommodated us with an easy swap over and early check in. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was perfect for a match at Wembley and shows In London. The staff were very friendly and helpful

A lovely hotel with superb room facilities and close to shops, transport and local dining places. Lovely and friendly hotel staff, both at reception and the dining area. The room cleaners also were very polite, friendly and ensured the rooms were always cleaned when I was out. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay with families.

Lovely hotel

The staff are friendly, helpful and excellent. The hotel is in a great location, very close by tube to central London. The rooms are very clean and comfortable We got to check in early with the help of Mabel who was so helpful and friendly
