It was great, but the toilet had some flushing issues in my room, and the bathtub would fill out with water having a hard time draining when showering. Since I was only staying for 1 night I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t want to go through the trouble of losing time by changing room, but I feel that housekeeping should let know the front desk when there’s issues like that in a room so they don’t give it to guests until it’s repaired. The issues started as soon as I was in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

The staff was awesome and very helpful, which made the stay much more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets are noticeably dirty, and overall, the hotel could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

Disappointing

Check in and main area of the hotel looks great. I checked in at 9pm and the corridor my room was in was full of bin bags left outside the rooms. All along the entire corridor. They were there all night. The room felt only half cleaned and the tech which controlled the tv had been unplugged with no battery so could not use it. The plug by the bed also did not work. There was also a hole in the wall by the bed. Having stayed in far cheaper and lower ranked hotels this was by far the worst room I have stayed in. which is a shame as the staff were very nice.
