Room a little smaller than expected from listing photos, but enough for a weekend stop in London. Hotel overall was clean, trendy & really easy to use. The app booking, check-in/out works great
The room condition was good, well. Te bed was too soft, bed was not comfortable.
There should be camera in the storage room.
Location was perfect, very central but also away from the heavy crowd.
Cleanliness was very good.
Staff was very good.
This is the best hotel, very strategic place and in the middle of everything. Very clean hotel. Staff is very helpful

Room was clean but no staff were visible.
When we arrived, all of the storage lockers were full except one. We had to store bags at Bounce.
Check in details was sent by email and whatsapp before u check in at 3pm. Pin code also given for u to access Hotel lobby door and room door. Fast, Easy & seamless check in. Check out also done via Whatsapp link.
The hotel location is great, short walk to London SOHO area. Underground train station and bus stop also nearby. No issue to find fast food and restaurants. There are few halal Chinese/ middle east food restaurants.
Hotel room cleaniness is good.
Maybe the hotel is new, Uber driver's mobile phone gps app unable to find hotel location so Uber driver will alight u few units away, based on hotel address.
Will definitely recommend numa bloomsbury hotel to my friends & colleagues.

Room was lovely and clean, check in was self service and easy & it was quiet and peaceful.
As someone who travels a lot I have gotten used to having a staff present at a hotel. Although at times live staff are not always helpful at least they are there. Numa has no live staff. You rely on AI generated text messages as your primary way of communicating. I was able to finally get a live staff member on text but it was time consuming. This hotel is all automated. So be ready for that. The room was nice. Bed comfy. No real complaints outside no live people to talk to. I would stay here again now that I know. Plus it’s close and walkable to everything!
It took us a bit to get used to the "touch-less" service (i.e. no front desk), once we got used to it we were fine - and will use a hotel like this one again.
