A perfect unassuming little hotel in perfect proximity to Waterloo station. Clean modern rooms- yes small but who wants to spend time in a room while in the center of London. Comfortable clean beds and a great staff. Don’t expect any extras- you get a safe clean place to stay and that’s it! But surrounded by anything you could possibly need within a block or two

The room was clean and modern, but very small and kind of noisy. No kettle in the room. Staff were all helpful and checking was very efficient. Very close to the tube station and good for bus routes. The hotel doesn’t have a luggage room if you need to leave a case before/after you check out. There’s a Costa next door for breakfast.
