The property is in a great location and is close to Kensington Palace and many museums. The staff were wonderful and the morning breakfast was lovely. We only had one working usb port and the tv did not work. All in all it was close to attractions and the metro so it was a good place to stay.

Great hotel

Perfect place to stay! Lovely rooms and bathrooms with enough space. Only downside is it can get quite loud as the walls are only thin so you can hear other rooms. Other than that was a lovely place to stay and would return!

Easy place to stay . Only concern is your windows facing the street are very thin, so you constantly are hearing traffic on a pretty busy street.

air conditioning works. I visited at the end of June and beginning of July in the middle of a heatwave. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. I arrived early and they held my bags while I began my vacation. Another great point about this hotel was the wonderful breakfast. I paid extra for it and wow they have a great healthy selection. Hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese. Choice of yogurts and cereals and all presented I. A neat elegant fashion. Pay extra for the breakfast. It’s worth it.

Great stay!

Great little stay in Kensington for a gig in Hyde Park, located close to Earls Court station. Close to amenities such as coop and sainsburys local. Rooms very modern and clean, hotel is very well presented and staff are friendly.

Good location

Clean modern hotel. Was covered in scaffolding at the time of our stay but wasn't an issue. Disappointed that there wasn't a bath though. Overall very happy with our choice.
