Arrived early. I had emailed the hotel about it and asked for a room. they seemed great on email then when I got there were very rude. found a room but I had to pay a day rate of 79GBP. on my VIP status with Hotels it says early check in if available. this was for sure available but they did not want to accommodate unless I paid. told me otherwise it would be 1pm earliest. I arrived @ 9am (having warned them). after a long cross Atlantic flight, was quite frustrated.

Absolutely love this hotel have stayed twice now when having events at 02 arena, the staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely and clean however the bath water gets really hot and isnt easy to get to the right temperature. It says ln description theres a shuttle taxi to 02 but when i asked they said its only to Canary Wharf, so ended up ordering an uber.

Ideal hotel for stay whilst attending the O2 for concerts. Love the easy of getting there. Good value for money and really easy to get to the venue

Nice location, specious room.

The room was specious, location was also good, quite comfortable sleep. Didn't like the breakfast, ordered Eggs Benedict, poached eggs were overdone, instead of ciabatta, was given a lice of brown bread.

Nice new hotel with some kinks to work out. Didn’t have my loyalty number, which I had messaged in advance. Didn’t have us on the breakfast leading to an awkward delay in being allowed to sit (do I look like the kind of person who cannot afford to pay for breakfast)?
