I stayed here for 4nights at the beginning of my trip amd for 1 night at the end of my trip. On both occassions, I was never offered the VIP Access free bottle of wine, no the discounts, or upgrades. It really felt awkward for me but, what I guess they were doing their best. A lot of improvement is required to recognize members of the VIP Access. Other than that, wverything went quite well.

Awful stay

Very disappointed, dirty towels and stained cups in the room. Tried to give us free breakfast which is probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. Waiting for a manager to contact me as advised by Barsha on reception. Hopefully someone will contact me on Monday.

What a treat. Luxurious hotel. Very reasonable. Heart of Canary Wharf. We had breakfast right by the river Thames. The food was gourmet. Blackened Salmon was the best I’ve ever eaten.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, London Canary Wharf East is located in a residential area (apartments). We found the room spacious and comfortable. It was 30°c during our stay, the air conditioning in the room worked well and kept the room cool. Daily housekeeping. Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Safe available to use. The location was quiet and we found a small deli nearby which sold coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The hotel is a short walk from the Blackwall DLR station (accessed via a subway) or the East India DLR station. Great access to Canary Wharf, O2 and ABBA Voyage.

Very disappointed

The hotel has not been maintained in a very good condition, the TV didn’t start, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The AC not working properly, the hotel needs to be cleaned up and repaired.

A great stay for my parents

I booked this room for my parents and they said they had the best time. The service was brilliant and Barsha on the front desk really went above and beyond. The view is awesome. And the sauna and relaxation room was apparently great. And the premium room came with a lovely bathtub as well as a big shower.

Great Stay

Just back from a great stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, London Canary Wharf East. We arrived early and luck was on our side, we managed to check in early. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, only criticism we could find is the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking but that is it. Right by the river - ideal for watching the world go by, maximum 15 minutes from Canary Wharf Jubliee Line / Elizabeth Line and near to several DLR stops too. There is also a great little cafe opposite the hotel if you don't book breakfast at the hotel. Shout out to very helpful Matthew on the front desk and the friendly security guy with the Dutch Shepherd. We will definitely be booking again.

Not sure it’s worth the money?…

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights as we were attending an event at the Excel. I chose the hotel based on the location, the fact it looked quite modern and clean and because of the spa element. Unfortunately the spa closes at 6pm on a Saturday; we were away the Friday night seeing a show and out until 7pm on the Saturday so gutted we couldn’t make use of the spa. 6pm seems very early to close a spa and considering it’s a sauna and steam room (no pool) I don’t see why it couldn’t be open until say 10pm like most hotel spa’s are? The room itself was fine; we had a bath and shower which was nice as well as a fridge which was ideal given the heat. The bed was also comfy. There was nowhere to hang any clothing; a closet contained an ironing board but no coat hangers around and the only set of drawers available were in the bathroom with one of the handles being damaged and hanging off. The air conditioning also didn’t work the first night but when I told reception in the morning, it was resolved by that evening when we returned. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work either but we had our laptop so didn’t bother mentioning for the sake of one night left. I think for the price point I may as well have booked somewhere cheaper that may have had the same level of amenities for a cheaper price; for a four star I did expect a bit more considering the price. Good access to DLR which was the main point however they were off all weekend. All in all a bit disappointed for price paid

Night shift manager shocking behaviour.

Night shift manager is a horrible individual. And a bully towards women. Would not let my partner go into the room as she had forgot her key card. Threatened to call the police on her and made her wait outside until I arrived back. Disgraceful behaviours.
