The entrance/ lobby of the hotel look great. The rooms was spacious for London but it was run down. The carpet was very old. I stayed a week but every second day I had to ask for the coffee. The staff was trying to help but they run out of coffee. Luckily there are enough coffee places around the hotel.

The hotel was okay, the staff was nice but the room really needs updating and the carpet was horrible. The room was tiny, but given hotel prices in London that was expected. The bed was good, bathroom well stocked and lots of hot water. The outside of the hotel was shabby and depressing. Overall an Ok stay

Family room was disappointing

The family room was highly reviewed so we booked it. We were in room 164 and it was disappointing. We had to go up and down several stairs (AFTER the elevator) to get to our room around the back side of the building, which felt like a lot of effort after traveling with our kids and luggage. The door to the room was not functioning well and kept getting stuck partially open. The staff was kind to come to the room and help us problem solve it so we could finally enter the room after our long journey. The elevator button did not work on our floor. The carpet inside the room was threadbare. There were a few splash marks on the bathroom floor which did not look very clean. The Hotels.com description of the room stated it had a separate bedroom, but this was one room with a bed and a foldout couch. The loading dock must have been right below us because the daily wake up call from the very loud trucks and beeping was jarring. The lobby was fine, and there was water and biscuits for guests there. The location was terrific, just across from the Warren St underground station, and just a few blocks from other underground stations. I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed, and would not recommend it for the price point.

Solid option to stay in this part of London

I find Radisson blu chain one of the solid, reliable options and this one was no exception. The stand out is as always the breakfast (varied, plentiful, including cooked-to-order stuff like french toast, eggs benedict and pancakes). In my experience many hotels in this class don't have as nice breakfasts. Staff exactly what you'd expect - polite and attentive. The single room was super small, particularly the bathroom - but it's not unexpected and if you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel, it's not a problem. Despite the heat in London, aircon was functioning without a glitch (not a given!). I slept well, with good blackout curtains and low level of noise, despite being on first floor and facing the street. Finally, massive thank you to the house keeping team for finding and keeping my earphones safe, I got reunited with them after checkout with no problems.

Great location, felt very safe at night. Close to transportation but also very walkable area. The only thing I wish there was an outdoor area for hotel guests to sit out or relax, there wasn’t much outdoor private spaces and right outside the hotel is busy.
