You can access the whole basement property, amenities included are present during your stay. Please note that we have upper flat above which do not have access on this flat. You will have the 2-bedroom property and private garden. All private and totally yours once you booked 😉

Before checking in, kindly download "Smart life app". All the switches can be controlled via the app and Alexa. (we will provide log ins before check in)

- Off licence is around the corner which is open till 12am every night (1 minute walk)
- Lidl is a 2 mins walk or you can drive there and park in their car park
- Uxbridge station is 5 mins by car/bus
- West Drayton station is 10 mins by car/bus
- Heathrow airport is around 15-20 mins by car/taxi

You can park in the secure driveway for the property.

Shisha 💨 - please let us know in advance if you would like flavour and we can provide you some for £15.

BBQ - we can set this up for you for £15 (please let us know in advance)

Outdoor commercial gas heater (£30 for the gas canister, please let me know if you would like this and I will connect it for you before arrival)

NO noise outside after 10 pm 🚫 if there is any noise disturbance after 10 pm outdoors you will be charged a penalty fee of £150 and if it still continues, you will be removed from the property

Early check in/late check out is charged at £30.

Any additional guests more than the maximum allowed needs to be discuss before completing the booking

-If you lost the key you will be charged for replacement fee of £50
