Stay was perfect. Only issue was I asked at reception if I had paid for a breakfast. They said no so I paid £36 for two. Transpires that the breakfast was free through hotels.com

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is off the in a little alley but did not feel unsafe at night and was very quiet. It was close to train station. There was no fridge nor microwave and tea/coffee were shared in a common area. I appreciated the drink voucher in exchange of frequent room service and the bar was great!

Lovely staff, quiet location. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. 2 very small niggles, the pillows are really poor. Overstuffed and terrible to sleep on. The space to walk around the bed is extremely narrow and you need to shuffle sideways to get past it.
