A spectacular five-floor historic London townhouse situated in the heart of London’s West End.

It's next to Leicester Square, this prestigious home is a short stroll to many of London’s top attractions including Covent Garden, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, St James Park and Pall Mall.
•Rent a whole townhouse that can accommodate up to 36 guests, perfect for those larger families with teenage children, corporates! There is a beautifully appointed and fully equipped large kitchen that can seat 16.

• Professionally cleaned and supplied with quality hotel bed linen and towels.

Roof Terrace:
Enjoy views of the London skyline or take a dip in the secluded Hot Tub on the roof terrace. The hot tub costs extra for usage and it's only available in summertime. [NB: Please inform us ONE day before your check-in date if you want to use it.]
One bedroom with two mezzanine levels (sleeps 6 total). Shower room with sink/wc.

Third floor:
Two en-suites each with 1 double bed and 1 double fold out sofa bed (sleeps 8 total). Star and mood light system throughout. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room with sink and w/c.

Second floor:
2 bedrooms. Double room with TV bed and further compact double bedroom. Combined lounge with 1 double fold out sofa bed/seating for 4 persons. Shared large bathroom including 4-seater indoor bathtub with mood light and "his/her" sink. (sleeps 6 total)

First Floor Lounge:
Large living room with 60-inch wall mounted flat screen HD SMART TV, Netflix, DVD library (200 legendary movies). Combined area with wall mounted double bed above 4 seat Jacuzzi. 3 Sofas which can be fold out into 3 double beds. Separate shower room with sink w/c (sleeps 6 total).
NB: Please inform us in advance if you want to use this room as a living room instead of a bedroom. Also, we have covered the Jacuzzi with a mattress. Please inform us if you want to use the Jacuzzi.

Ground floor Lobby:

Video entry system, CCTV (only on entrance door for security purpose), sofa seating, coat hanging area and retro Arcade coin-op with 800 Games.

Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables for 16-20 persons plus breakfast bar. Kitchen can transform into family/friendly games room,

Dishwasher, Kenwood appliances, large industrial-size oven, Microwave (2), satellite TV, Spotify/Radio speaker, cutlery, china, champagne flutes, wine glasses ect.

Basement:

2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: king size bed with bathroom. Bedroom 2: double size bed. Lounge with a wall bed and a double fold-out sofa bed and further seating for a total of 6 persons, 50-inch satellite TV etc.

Communal washing machine and dryer.

Our check-in hours are from 3pm to 6 pm on weekdays and 2 pm to 3 pm on weekends. Check-out 10AM.

24/7 Check-self-in available, outside of standard hours personal check in (3pm-6pm) fee applies.

DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION!!! IT'S A SCAM!

"Tim" left me and 17 of my friends stranded in London after we arrived from the US.....supposedly the location had no electricity but we were told by the pub next door that the house was SOLD over two months ago and the construction workers who came out the door said the place is gutted. Which is very interesting considering "Tim" told me we could use the hot tub for an additional 300 pounds TWO DAYS before we checked in.The check-in process was to meet three blocks away....which I didn't find out until 24 hours beforehand.....and I had lots of difficulty getting a REAL street address from the "owner". When I met the "representative" she told me that there was no electricity and they had promised it would be fixed before we checked in but they could put 8 of us up in another one of "Tim's" locations and then she proceeded to text me other locations where I could book my group such as the YOTEL and other hostels in London. Meanwhile, we had been in Piccadilly CIrcus area since 9am waiting for the 3pm check-in time.Completely UNBELIEVABLE that a so-called "host" would screw over people like this. We ended up at the Aloft London Excel (which is very convenient to the trains) THANK GOD but when I asked the "representative" if she was going to give us money for transportation she WALKED OFF and left us standing on the corner.

Sophia's Nightmare: Angry and Disappointed

Host promised a "8bedroom/6bathroom, accommodates 36 Sophia's Love Townhouse" but upon arrival dumped our party of 15 at a different address stating the original Sophia's property was no longer available. The new residence was a disaster; a miserable experience for the elders, children and adults traveling for our long planned family reunion. Beware!

General location great but not this property

Piccadilly Circus was extremely convenient to get everywhere but the street was extremely loud at all hours of the night. My family did not get a decent night sleep any of the four days. Laundry from a previous stay was in the entry way our entire stay and the overall flat was in just ok condition. We never did use the wash facilities due to an issue which changed our plans in terms of laundry. I might stay in the area next time but try a different flat

Excellent location, highly functional property

The location of this property is outlandishly central (but a couple blocks off Picadilly so not super busy on the actual street). The beds are largely reasonable and comfortable. There's a kitchen / common area and the terrace, but this property is best for sleeping / pit stops versus a place to hang out. The property was quite clean, but it's in some places aged which impacted the feeling of cleanliness throughout. For our purposes -- a group of friends visiting London for a long weekend -- it suited quite nicely, and I'd likely stay again. With some minor cosmetic updates and repairs, it would be a clean 5 stars for the price.

Fantastic Stay!

I organised a group gathering of 15 people to have a meal out in London and to watch the Super Bowl. Jenny & Paul were fantastic in communication both before booking and then during the trip. They were flexible on checkout times and gave thorough information. The flat itself is in a perfect location for anyone wanting to explore the city, a stones throw from Piccadilly Circus and Soho means top restaurants are right on your door step. 5 stars - definitely recommend the property and team! See you next year!
