Rooms very small but adequate. The location is excellent. The staff were all wonderful, friendly & helpful. The breakfast and service couldn’t be faulted. A wonderful weekend in London - thank you!

no hot water to room basic requirement for rooms
Posted Nov. 30, 2023 on Hotelsstayed in room 33 it had no hot water at all so no shower after a day travelling still no hot water the following morning meant to be five star. with poor customer service as an offer of a free room upgrade and only valid for 6 months.

The hotel was in a very nice location, very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to put some kind of grab bar next to the shower. You have to step up and in to a tub and then step down onto the ground getting out and there’s nothing to hold on to.
